Mark Willson
Responsibilities Mark’s primary responsibility is developing Harbor Covenant’s presence in Gig Harbor North. In addition, he serves alongside the pastoral team in community engagement, spiritual formation, and walking through life alongside people. Jeremy Kidd
Responsibilities Jeremy is responsible for leading spiritual formation initiatives for children, youth, and adults, especially for North Campus. His primary responsibility is providing strategic direction, pastoral care, training, and support for the ministry teams responsible for the discipleship of children, youth, and adults at North Campus. In addition to preaching and teaching, he plans, staffs, equips, and implements various Sunday morning and midweek programs, classes, and small groups to help people deepen their discipleship to Jesus. Matt Knapp
Responsibilities Matt does a lot of things around the church, but his two main responsibilities are: (1) directing the aesthetic and technical aspects that unify culture and communication across all Harbor Covenant Campuses and (2) providing for connection and engagement through our online services. Sammi McCubbins
Responsibilities Sammi works with a team of people to help and serve others dealing with difficult life situations. Her primary focus is TREK, visitation, caring for those suffering loss, counseling and encouraging those facing life changes or difficult situations. Blake Merwin
Responsibilities Blake helps various ministry areas with outreach projects as well as a broader all-church outreach emphasis. This includes things like our Compassion Mercy Justice Sunday event, our “5 star” hospitality on Sundays, helping new people connect to the church, and plugging people into serving opportunities. Jonathan Montejano
Responsibilities Jonathan directs the middle school and high school ministries at Central Campus including large groups, small group programs, leader development, parent connection, and mission trips. Nicole Pasin
Responsibilities Nicole oversees the daily operations of the church, facilities, and supervision of clerical and facility staff. She works with church leaders and volunteers to ensure our many ministries run smoothly and enjoys providing the support that frees others up so they can focus on using their gifts in the best, most efficient way.

Responsibilities Brenden leads the worship ministries at Harbor Covenant Church. He is responsible for each aspect of our worship services, from the creative to the technical. One important aspect of this is training and developing leaders and recruiting volunteers.
